Job Description
Analyte Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their remote workforce. The ideal candidate is a certified medical assistant with an empathetic demeanor and positive attitude. They must be able to build brand advocacy, deliver empathy, and assist clients with whatever they may need.
Requirements
- College degree
- Professional and ethical with a patient-centric attitude
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and computer literate
- At least 2 years of contact center experience
- True team player with great communication skills
- Ability to advocate brands well
- English speaker, bilingual a plus
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules
