Our client, one of North America’s leading distributors of process materials with 40 locations nationwide seeks a full time direct hire Service Desk Analyst.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers.
- Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including IT, Operations, and Sales.
- Assist with IT projects and tasks as needed.
