Anaplan is looking for a Director of Renewals to join their Renewals Team. The Director will lead a team of renewal specialists, manage operating procedures, and drive efficiency and impact. They will also own the renewal retention forecast and partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Customer Success Directors to manage escalated renewal issues.
Requirements
- Experience running a successful renewals management team
- Deep understanding of the renewal cycle and sales processes
- Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model
- Data-driven with a dedication to process improvement
- Strong reputation working with inter-disciplinary teams
- Passion for process and experience scaling processes
