Engineering Manager

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join the leadership of our Core Functionality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and contributing to architectural decisions and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience on complex systems, including in an engineering management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Demonstrated success building and managing high-performance engineering teams.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and system design skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building, mentoring, and performance management.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and modern development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
