Senior Release Manager

We are seeking a Senior Release Manager to lead the delivery of value to our customers, acting as a critical bridge between Engineering, Ops, and Customer Care. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth, predictable, and efficient release process for all software and infrastructure changes.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience as a Release Engineer or Release Manager within a software engineering environment.
• Strong history of using data to track metrics and drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience with software delivery, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven experience implementing and working within a scaled framework for agile development.
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to lead via influence in a cross-functional setting and manage the rollout of new processes.
