We are seeking a proactive and experienced Workday HCM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role requires 5 – 7 years of hand-on experience supporting Workday HCM, and the individual will be responsible for both the daily support and the strategic improvement of our Workday platform, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Support and maintain compliance activities by ensuring HR data, system configurations, and business processes align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR stakeholders’ team to provide data and requirements for Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, while improving data integrity and governance.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Proactively engage with the Workday community and other resources to research and diagnose issues, identify resolutions, and recommend best practices.
- Manage and support Workday release cycles, including analyzing new features and assessing their impact and potential benefits.
- Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
