Job Description
Technical Consultant to work with project managers and business consultants to translate customer requirements into practical solutions, create data maps, and analyze data for use in data conversion.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to create SQL queries, stored procedures, views, etc. with a thorough understanding of relational database design
- Business level English
- Japanese to the extent that one can discuss complex issues with customers and read and write patent terminology
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong client management skills
- Experience with requirements gathering
- 5+ years people management experience for Associate Director
- Experience in the implementation, configuration, customization, or development of business software such as ERP, CRM, accounting systems, and attendance management systems
- Ability to organize client requirements into accurate specifications like Value Mapping Sheets
