Anatta is a leading Shopify Plus partner building enterprise-grade commerce ecosystems for ambitious brands. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex, high-value eCommerce projects while mentoring junior PMs and contributing to practice improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
- 5+ years experience in a project management role in the technology/digital space
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise clients and complex stakeholder environments
- Proven leadership, relationship-building, and executive presence
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
- Advanced budget and financial management including P&L ownership and earned value management
- Track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving account growth
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work under pressure, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Outstanding communication skills across all levels (written, verbal, presentation, executive briefings)
- Strong coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive change across organizations
