Lead Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join our team and support our mission critical customer in Reston, VA. As Lead, you will represent the engineering team in customer meetings, plan quarterly Agile Development Planning commitments, drive technology roadmaps, work with the AnaVation Program Manager to accelerate customer priorities, and mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers.

Requirements

• SCI Eligible, willing to obtain polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
• DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications (CompTIA CySA+ preferred)
• 8-12 Years of relevant technical experience
• At least 4 years of experience leading AWS Cloud development modernization, monitoring, and support and production delivery
• At least 4 years of experience leading Linux development engineering and production delivery
• At least 4 years of experience leading supporting/leading Agile Development engineering programs for Government program customers, planning, assigning, and coordinating engineering team tickets..
• At least 4 years of experience working in classified Government environments
