Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team. Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
- Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
- Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
