Job Description
The Tax Director/Partner with a specialty in Compensation and Benefits is a key leadership role within the tax department at Anchin. This position requires a deep understanding of tax rules related to employee benefits, retirement plans, and executive compensation.
Requirements
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Understand IRAs, Roth IRAs, SEPs and other plan alternatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex deferred compensation arrangements
