Selecting Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain packaging and inspection equipment. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Directs the rebuilding of equipment. Modifies vendor equipment to operate more efficiently. Provides support to achieve goals established for the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Two-year associates degree preferred with 4 years related work experience.
• 3 years supervisory work experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software products.
• Familiar with a variety of maintenance concepts, practices and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
