The Scale House Operator Afternoon Shift position at Anchor Ingredients is responsible for receiving, loading, and milling product to meet high quality standards while ensuring day-to-day production needs are met with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in dust
• Ability to open traps on trailers/trucks
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work at significant heights
