Job Description
The ATS Development Engineer II position performs support functions for the ATS tool sets, including managing work requests, developing and supporting custom workflow and forms, and resolving problems and projects. The position requires a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts, as well as experience with BMC Remedy/ITSM implementation and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable field of study
- 5 to 10 years working experience in the IT field is favorable
- Knowledge of telecommunications business application systems preferred
