Job Description
Anchor QEA is seeking a regular full-time Environmental Field Lead to support active projects and lead field investigations. The successful candidate will be able to work alongside others in a fast-paced environment and be enthusiastic about their work with a strong commitment to health and safety and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Lead site investigation teams including environmental sample collection
- Perform groundwater sampling, monitoring well development, and testing
- Collect and identify fish species for chemical testing and population surveys
- Operate a variety of sampling vessels
- Maintain DOT driving certification and operate company vehicles
- Perform field data collection using digital field technologies
- Conduct construction monitoring activities
- Record field notes for the specific tasks performed at each site
- Follow Anchor QEA policies and procedures
- Interact with project managers and agency staff
- Perform general equipment management and maintenance duties
- Work in an office environment, performing field data management, writing data summaries, and other tasks using Microsoft Office programs
