Job Description
Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of Client Operations specialist to support daily client cash movement processing and reconciliation in a crypto platform. This role involves reviewing transactions, ensuring accurate operations, and understanding client needs within the regulated fiat operations of the platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes.
- Execute and monitor the daily processing of client cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers (primarily via wire and ACH).
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash accounts.
- Investigate and resolve operational inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
