We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Member of People Ops, Payroll to join our People team. As a key Villager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of our global payroll operations, directly impacting the financial well-being of our diverse team across critical international markets like Portugal and Singapore.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of international payroll regulations, tax compliance, and best practices, particularly for Portugal
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing and optimizing HRIS/payroll systems like Dayforce or Workday
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex payroll discrepancies, EOR nuances, and compliance challenges
