Job Description

As a Member of Technical Staff, Banking Solutions (Backend Engineer), you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining innovative products, in a highly collaborative team, that empowers Anchorage’s NeoBank functionality.
Requirements
- Implement and maintain innovative products
- Write, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage’s engineering and team standards
- Dive deep into complex, ambiguous problems and formulate elegant and practical solutions
- Review other developer's code to ensure consistency and reduce errors
- Drive work independently and lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects
- Use ability to break down large projects into smaller tasks and accurately estimating the time and scope of projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the team and other teams at Anchorage Digital
- Communicate outside team boundaries to solve problems and establish positive working relationships
