Data Principal

AND Digital is seeking a Data Principal to lead the local Data & AI Practice and expand their Data capability. The role requires a balance of leading on client, leading the data practice proposition in the local market, and building upon existing data skills and capability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and inspiring teams, and a strategic mindset with quality advocacy, industry stewardship, and partnership focus.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and inspiring teams
• Strategic mindset with quality advocacy, industry stewardship, and partnership focus
• Hands-on technical skills with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric
• Expertise in data architecture design patterns, including RAG, Serverless, DWH models, Data Mesh, and Data Products
• Deep expertise or experience of AI, specifically building AI solutions in modern data platforms
