Senior Java Developer

Requirements

• Proven development experience of working as a Lead Engineer in a commercial development team
• Expert understanding of Java and Javascript and wider experience in different tools and frameworks across the stack
• Commercial experience working with agile methodologies
• Ability to take clients wider business concerns into account when making technical decisions
• Experience of implementing architecture, DevOps, performance or security
• Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and supporting Squad Leads
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and deployments
• Experience of writing effective documentation and knowledge sharing
