Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience in a medical office
- Knowledge of medical practice protocols
- Knowledge of manual/computerized scheduling systems
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of medical terminology
