Job Description
The Parts Counter person will be responsible assisting customers and Anderson branches in fulfilling their specific needs for parts, including answering calls, researching parts, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires a thorough understanding of Anderson’s equipment product lines and parts for each model.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience in Parts position at Heavy Equipment, Auto, Parts dealerships
- Proficiency with computers including preparing looking up inventory parts, preparing tickets for filling orders and shipping
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory controls, documentation, filling orders, shipping, receiving
- Professional communication skills to promote parts sales to customers and to resolve issues
