Job Description
The Service Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and perform repair work on a wide variety of equipment, including heavy diesel, gas, and electrically operated construction equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two year Technical degree or comparable military training
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of equipment operations, mechanical functions, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency with computers and diagnostic programs provided by manufacturers
- Ownership of adequate hand tools
