Job Description
The Service technician will troubleshoot/diagnose equipment problem and perform repair work on a wide variety of equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining and repairing heavy diesel, gas and electrically operated construction equipment, diagnosing operational difficulties, disassembling and reassembling equipment, and replacing defective parts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two year Technical degree or comparable military training considered a plus
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
- Proficiency with computers and diagnostic programs provided by manufacturers
- Ownership of adequate hand tools
