Job Description
The Service technician will troubleshoot/diagnose equipment problem and perform repair work on a wide variety of equipment.
Requirements
- Maintain and repair heavy diesel, gas and electrically operated construction equipment.
- Diagnose operational difficulties; disassemble and reassemble equipment, replacing defective parts.
- Work independently or with senior technicians to rebuild components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps.
- Prepare parts requisitions and enter requisitions into the Company’s computer system.
- Use Anderson’s systems to document work orders, track progress of repairs and order parts.
