Account Technician/entry level

An Account Technician assists and supports licensed staff members with customer insurance accounts. Additional responsibilities include creating client mailings, identifying premium increases, and processing mail received for client accounts.

• Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office tools and able to learn insurance management systems
