We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support Dr. Anderson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, in a premier holistic, out-of-network specialist practice in Newport Beach, CA. The role involves managing Dr. Anderson's calendar, providing administrative support, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, discreet, and able to thrive independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
