Registered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to guide patients through their journey and create incredible health outcomes at our customer location in Indianapolis, IN.

Requirements

• Properly prepare exam rooms for patient care
• Monitor patient phone calls and receives
• Room patients and check vital signs
• Assist provider with patient procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Maintain accurate chart documentation
• Perform lab tests and reconcile billing
• Schedule offsite diagnostic tests and facilitate referrals
