Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

Specialty Pharmacy Liaison responsible for processing prescriptions, verifying benefits, and communicating with patients to ensure access to specialty medication. Collaborates with providers to address formulary restrictions and complete prior authorizations or appeals. Maintains patient records and provides operational support as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained or willing to obtain
• Certified or Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH required
• Nationally certified - PTCB or ExCPT required or obtained within 6 months of hire
