Job Description
Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Compliance & Training role at AndHealth, leading training and onboarding of new pharmacy team members, maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws and AndHealth policies, and safeguarding high-quality and consistent pharmacy operations.
Requirements
- PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio or Indiana
- 3+ years of management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Federal drug pricing program experience is strongly preferred
- Operational use of PioneerRx software is strongly preferred
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to adapt to new systems
