Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Specialist to support the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our Kelowna production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or reliability engineering in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Requirements
- Journeyperson (Interprovincial Red Seal) Electrical or Mechanical certification preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or reliability engineering
- Experience in a unionized facility and comfort working with collective agreements
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment
- Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP, Fiix, Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and continuous improvement methodologies
