The Student Recruiting Manager plays a crucial role in the recruitment and enrollment processes of prospective students for Charis Bible College. This position requires a deep understanding of the college’s mission, values, and educational programs while also having effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Manage and continually refine a comprehensive recruiting program
- Build and lead a systematic follow-up program
- Partner closely with Charis Marketing, Admissions, and other internal departments
- Define and enforce contact standards
- Set, track, and manage conversion targets
- Run weekly funnel review rhythms
- Forecast recruiting volume by season
- Develop and manage an annual recruiting travel plan
- Set clear internal department goals
- Manage and equip a front-facing, inbound-call priority phone team
- Manage and equip the Student Recruiting Team
- Coach, motivate, and develop the Student Recruiting Team
- Develop and execute a quality assurance program
- Maintain industry-standard knowledge of recruiting best practices
- Lead and train the Student Recruiting Team
- Create hiring and training timelines
- Cross-train with the Office of Admissions
- Collaborate with the Enrollment team
- Perform other duties as assigned
