Job Description
The HR applications support team is seeking a Lead Workday HCM Lead to support the Workday SaaS platform, focusing on both production and new initiatives. This role acts as a technical and functional liaison between senior management, business stakeholders, and the IT, providing high-quality service to HCM user groups and resolving complex requests. The ideal candidate will drive Workday HCM roadmap and provide data insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with Workday
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday for Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
- Hands-on configuration and advanced reporting
- High-level analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Access and Visio
- Implementation experience or hands-on configuration of Workday Recruitment is REQUIRED
