Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations Lead - Technical Projects to work on ambiguous, high-leverage problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be technical, strategic, and self-driven, with experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles
- Technical skills, including data-driven approaches and communication with engineering and product teams
- Strategic thinking and ability to define frameworks, build business cases, and integrate solutions into broader company initiatives
- Ability to work in ambiguity and untangle complex, messy problems
- Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
