Deployment Operations Manager

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager to join its rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processes and execution of deploying Anduril's people and hardware across the globe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
• A background in balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks.
• Strong leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and balancing personnel workloads to meet rigorous deadlines and milestones.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and remove obstacles for your teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
