Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) & Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) to lead sourcing initiatives and supply chain strategies for radar, sensors, and mission systems. This role focuses on driving cost savings, supplier development, and aligning sourcing with company goals. The position involves a combination of strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational execution, and requires communication at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of technical supply chain professionals
- Experience with specific commodity technical expertise (PCBA, IPC standards, etc.)
- Ability to travel 20%-50%
- US TS clearance (US Roles) and relocation (International Roles)
