We are seeking a Hardware Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. The successful candidate will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent and shaping our long-term talent strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed
