Executive Business Partner

The Executive Business Partner will provide comprehensive executive assistant support to the SVP, Engineering of Maritime, managing complex scheduling, optimizing multiple workflows, and driving results in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in high-tech, faced-paced environments
• Exceptional executive assistant skills
• Experience with managing, tracking and prioritizing internal and external correspondence
• Ability to navigate within a fast-paced environment
• Proven external stakeholder relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
