Financial Accountant

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant to join its rapidly growing finance team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of all accounts payable transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and optimizing transactional processes. The role will also assist with broader general accounting support, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and other general accounting matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a transactional accounting role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment and/or business service
• Experience operating within a global organizational structure
• Actively pursuing or holding a CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
