Industrial Engineer

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization.

Requirements

• Conduct detailed time studies for every build to establish benchmarks and identify inefficiencies
• Provide reports and actionable insights to the teams and leadership based on collected data
• Assist in creating and maintaining accurate work standards and documentation
• Optimize work cell design, material presentation and operations workflows to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Provide training and support to staff on process improvements and best practices
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, or machinery to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Support cost reduction initiatives and resource optimization strategies
• Ensure workplace safety and ergonomics in process designs
