Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking several Lead Production Technicians to support Dive-XL at its Quonset, RI facility. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge technology, delivering AUVs to customers by working with the engineering team in a multi-disciplinary environment. The role requires hands-on work on hardware, composite and metallic structural fabrication, electronic component fabrication, and software loading.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
- Prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principals, and change management (ECOs)
- Can interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics, etc.)
- Extremely reliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs pounds regularly
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
