Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to join their rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. The successful candidate will lead the Quality function for Maritime’s Dive-XL, developing strategies, defining and executing plans, and implementing processes to deliver reliable products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware and software systems
- 5+ years experience working in a AS9100 regulated environment
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within the aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
- Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems in a certified AS9100 enterprise
- Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Change Management, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
