Lead Technician, Road Runner

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Technician to oversee and coordinate the technical fabrication, assembly, integration, and testing of complex electro-mechanical and avionics systems for the Roadrunner product, a cutting-edge VTOL counter-UAS interceptor.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians
• Supervise and participate in airframe construction techniques
• Oversee mechanical assembly of complex electro-mechanical assemblies
• Coordinate and perform validation and testing of electronic components
• Manage workflow in a dynamic environment
• Facilitate effective verbal and written communication between technicians, engineering, and production teams
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues discovered during functional checkouts and tests
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
