The role will involve providing legal oversight, advising on data rights and contract structures, and crafting legal and business strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work on US Government contracts matters
- Solid understanding of the government procurement process
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and independent performer
- Licensed to practice law in CA or DC
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
