Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Demand & Supply Planning to join its Planning team. The role will be responsible for managing a team of Demand & Supply Planners, executing S&OP, and providing in-depth analysis for business partners. The role will also involve transforming the Sales and Operations Planning process, empowering operations to meet and exceed financial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field
- 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role
- 3+ years of experience managing a direct team
- Demonstrated ability to own complex value chains
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM systems
- Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and CAD data
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
