Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Security Engineering to build and scale world-class defensive controls protecting the infrastructure that supports our defense technology products. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of security engineers and set technical direction for engineering excellence and ownership. The role requires strong programming ability, experience with infrastructure as code languages, and a strong understanding of modern attack vectors and defensive mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and collaborate across teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical roadmaps and delivered outcomes
• Have participated in or supported incident response events
• Strong programming ability in one or more general purpose languages
• Experience with one or more infrastructure as code languages in a production capacity
• Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews around custom business applications
• Strong understanding of modern attack vectors and defensive mitigation strategies
• Experience working with cloud platforms and deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines
• Experience implementing security controls across endpoints, corporate cloud environments, and internal infrastructure
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
