Manager, Software Engineering

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineering manager
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Deep understanding and coding skills in Go, Rust, C++ or other system programming languages
• Successful track record of delivering complex software projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Expertise in agile development methodologies and process improvement
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
