Manufacturing Engineer, Production, Sentry

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its Sentry Manufacturing team. The role involves executing key tasks within the manufacturing value-chain for Sentry Tower Systems, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM) work, process creation and optimization, and quality planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and contribute to complex electromechanical hardware challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the delivery of electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment
• Experience or familiarity with integrating assemblies/subassemblies
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in configuration management and change control processes
