Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a technical engineering or consulting role, with a strong communication and emotional intelligence. The salary range is $146,000—$194,000 USD.
Requirements
- Manage Business Line P&Ls in partnership with a FP&A partner
- Drive content preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Engage with Business Line leaders and program managers to track and report status and risks
- Manage staffing and hiring
- Work with corporate technology to build data and system infrastructure
- Manage Mission Systems Division communications
- Manage planning and strategy for facilities
- Own and execute on special projects
