Operations Generalist, Mission Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an Operations Generalist to drive business operations for the Mission Systems Division. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a strong communicator, and ability to execute on both tactical and strategic levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of working experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a technical engineering role or 2+ years in a consulting, operations, finance, product/program management, or general business analyst role
• Strong communicator across a wide dynamic range
• Experience interfacing with leadership and executives
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems
• Ability to execute on a tactical level and create a strategy to solve complex problems
• High ownership and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
